The India Health Initiative (IHI) is a registered charity run by University of Western Ontario students. It was originally started by two UWO medical students in 2003. Since then, an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professional students continue to provide medical support services to NGOs abroad in India and provide global health educational experiences to healthcare professional students and the local community at home.
